To ensure customer satisfaction we have set our return policy for 30 days of delivery. Within 30 days you can ask for a full return or exchange of any product that you have purchased.
In the event of an exchange, upon receiving your product, we shall proceed to acquire a comprehensive understanding of your cropped varsity jacket. The duration of this process is dependent on the flow of our correspondence and your response rate. Following this initial step, we will conduct a thorough inspection and processing of the product, which typically takes around 3-4 days. Once completed, we will process the exchange order and your item shall be dispatched to you within 15 days.
Note: The refund order processing time may depend on the payment method but it may take up to 30 days. Here are some of the conditions you need to keep in mind before requesting for product refund.
Conditions for return or refund:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- There should be no damage to the product or any missing parts.
- The product can only be returned if it’s under 30 days of buying time.
- The product should be in its original packaging.

Note:
Before requesting for refund or exchange, you have to send us Clear pictures, Videos, or related data of the defective Jacket or exchangeable product.

We strive to provide top-quality jackets to our customers. If your custom-made cropped jacket doesn’t fit properly, please let us know. However, we cannot offer refunds or alterations for custom-made items. Please understand that each custom jacket is made specifically for you according to your unique measurements. For general products like blank cropped varsity jackets, we gladly offer exchanges or returns.
With some practices, you can easily avoid problems that may occur with custom-made orders.
Design or styles:
To avoid design or style problems, before dispatching when we share our original product’s pictures, you should fully review the design, material, stitching, etc. Only allow dispatching when you are fully satisfied with the product’s designs or styles.
Sizing problems:
To avoid sizing problems when we ask for your sizing measurements, provide us with accurate details. You can also follow the professional team’s guidelines for more detailed and accurate measurements.
For sale products:
Unfortunately, the sales items refund service isn’t available. You can only refund regular-priced items.
Note:
Custom made or personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. You need to understand, these products were made just for you according to your own choice. We can’t even sell or make any use of such products.
